The system has two sections, the first is designed for you as a trainer, and the second is designed for your clients to access.

WHAT DO I GET?

• Login area: This shows your current week’s diary with details of your appointments and available sessions.
  
  
• My details area: This allows you to enter your details for the management of the system itself.
  
  
• Member management area: Where you enter all your clients’details so that they can access their online member area, which is password and username protected. Here you can also enter birthdays so the system will remind you of that date by email…clients love it when you remember their birthdays
  
  
• Program management: Where you can design programs, with an archive facility. This area contains a large database of exercises to draw from and you are able to add your own exercises to that database. You will also have access to exercises entered by any other trainer using the system, making for a very dynamic database. It is possible to print off a copy for their training diary, from either area.
  
  
• Calendar management area: Where you can enter available sessions and client booked sessions for the next week. There is an auto-reoccurring appointment facility also. Also able to be placed on your MS Outlook calendar using an auto calendar csv file, this is then imported into your Outlook files.
  
  
• Account areas: As clients pay you can enter the details. This will show in the Accounts section so you can keep track of your income. Makes tax and GST that much easier, and managing client payment status. Also, sessions are debited 12hrs prior to appointment time. This alleviates the necessity to ask for money from no shows.
  
  

What do my clients get?

• Access members’area: They only see their details.
  
• Weekly schedule: They see their weekly schedule with session times.
  
• Sessions available: They can see your free session list.
  
• Session changes: They can book, cancel or change their own sessions, as long as they have credits available. Any changes are texted to you immediately. So you know exactly what’s happening to your diary.
  

Just think your client has no more hassles trying to contact you. Now they are in control.

• Account status: Where they can check the status of their account and purchase sessions online. The system will also notify them when they have only 3 session credits left. This option can also be switched off, by you.

• Program area: Where they can access their training programs and print a copy, if needed. If they have forgotten how to do any exercise each current program has a hyperlink attached to it so when clicked, the exercise description appears. As the system develops pictures or diagrams will be included.
  
  
• Global access: They will have access from anywhere in the world. So if on holiday in Hawaii they can still access their program and have you update it for them…how good is that? Remember you can access this system anywhere in the world too.
